This was my first time hearing about Erin Odom. Apparently she has a big social media following but this was my first time hearing from her and it was the perfect time. With 2 small kids and a husband who also teaches, it was a refreshing read. It’s a compact size which makes it easy to throw in your purse and take along anywhere.
I loved the sections the book was divided into from saving money to making money to finding deals. This book was different to me in the specific suggestions she gives. It’s not just eat cheaply. Erin shares meal plan ideas. And she continues that specific suggestions throughout the book.
I found it helpful. It’s not like there were new ideas in the book. But the way it was presented was very good.
